Lamoraga, which loosely translates to "beach barbecue," is a unique concept in Naples, the first to feature the culinary traditions of Andalusia, both historic and contemporary. The complex and unique cuisine served at Lamoraga has its roots in the southern part of the Iberian Peninsula. The region’s history dates back many thousands of years, and its cuisine embraces influences ranging from the Romans and North African tribes such as the Moors, to the British and French.

The mix of cultures, a great coastline along the Mediterranean Sea, and the indigenous foods from this region are manifested in Lamoraga's menu, which features tapas; soups including gazpachos; braised, marinated and grilled meats; seafood including a traditional paella, and a range of Mediterranean-style starters.

Lamoraga is also distinguished by its creative interior design, with such touches as imported tiles from Spain and Germany, custom hanging wood ceilings, a tree milled into a 30-foot chef's table, and a concrete bar embedded with shells.
